At First Baptist Church, The E4 Church, our mission is to Exalt God, Equip Believers, Encourage One Another, and Evangelize the World.

We Exalt God through meaningful and uplifting worship, biblically based teaching, spirit-led prayer, traditional and contemporary music, and the collective involvement of God's people.

We intentionally equip believers by promoting spiritual growth through spirit-led leadership, Sunday School, small group study, and training members to discover and use their God-given talents.  

​

We demonstrate the love of Christ and encourage one another by investing time and interest in one another, and a willingness to serve all people in the church and the community.

​

Finally, we encourage relationships with people everywhere to engage them like Jesus did, and to share God's Word with them.

We seek to do all this in truth, service, and faithfulness.

We worship God in Spirit and Truth, promote obedience to the Word of God, while holding to the Scriptures as our final authority, evangelizing through Missions giving, prayer, and person to person sharing of the gospel.

We strive to enhance relationships in our daily walk with Christ through engaging compassionately with our neighbors in the community by demonstrating love, care, affection and forgiveness.

We will obey the call of Christ to make disciples by reaching out, meeting needs, and equipping believers to minister in Jesus' name.

We will remain true to God, true to one another, true to the believers who have gone on before us, and true to those who will follow us.
